This is a new stamp set that I recently purchased and I am planning to show you a number of ways that it can be used. So from time to time I will post up some of the different ways that I have used this stamp set.
This 4×6 stamp set is from Altenew’s July 2020 release and it contains 2 images and 7 sentiments. It features sprigs of baby’s breath and sentiments in a beautiful cursive script.
I have taken the smaller image and stamped the outer edge in Distress Ink – Speckled Egg. Then cut another piece of card half an inch smaller and heat embossed with Distress Glaze – Speckled Egg.
I white heat embossed the image and also manipulated the stamp on my Misti to get a curved effect and used my blending tool and artist markers to create shadows. The sentiment was layered three times for dimension.
Three blue/green sequins were added and then for some finer detail iridescent blue/green stars 🌟 were also added. My completed card.
Another card using the same stamp set.
As I said I plan to add to this page as I make more cards using this stamp set and you will be able to see how you can get more out of your stamp sets.
That’s fantastic Wendy! Can’t wait to see what you create – you won’t be disappointed with this set, there are just so many things you can do with it and the sentiments are in a lovely font. 💕
Awesome! Thank you for great ideas! This set is on it’s way to me now! Can’t wait to play with it!
