Altenew – A Year in Review Blog Hop

What a fantastic year I have had with Altenew! I have really enjoyed being a guest designer. It’s also been so lovely receiving great feedback about my designs and I plan to make 2022 my year for beginning my YouTube debut.

I have selected four of my favorite projects over 2021 to recap a wonderful year.

My top pick for this year was the
Altenew Eucalyptus Wreath Hot Foil Plate and Stencil

I absolutely love the fact that Altenew has branched out into hot foil plates this year. They just give a beautiful finished look to a card.

Adding a stencil and using ink sprays also is another way to step up your project.

During the year I also made quite a few tags with Altenew’s Terrific Tags Die. They are just so quick to whip up and make a gift or bunch of flowers look that bit more special.

Altenew’s Alcohol markers are a favorite of mine and I use them a lot. The main reason I like them so much is because they come in great sets that coordinate with their ink lines and you get a brush nib one end and a fine detail nib at the other.

My most used marker is WG01 Morning Frost. Great for adding extra dimension as shadows.

This was one of my favorite cards for the year using Altenew’s Mega Label Love Stamp Set. I loved choosing the rainbow colors from the huge ink selection that Altenew offers.

It was a simple card using repetition but very effective.
