Welcome! So pleased that you have arrived at my blog post. A big thank you to Annemarie Caister for sending you my way. I hope you have been enjoying seeing all of the fantastic creations that we have put together for you.

Altenew has just released their latest Paint-A-Flower stamp set – Camellia Waterhouse. I chose to use my Altenew Alcohol Artist Markers to create my first card. These stamp sets are really great to experiment with because you are able to try lots of different types of mediums.

Giveaway Prizes:
$200 in total prizes! To celebrate this release, Altenew is giving away a $50 gift certificate to 2 lucky winners and a $20 gift certificate to 5 winners! Please leave a comment on the Altenew Card Blog and/or each designer’s blog post on the blog hop list below by 01/28/2022 for a chance to win.
Altenew will draw 7 random winners from the comments left on each stop of this blog hop and announce the winners on the Altenew Winners Page on 01/30/2022.

I paired this stamp set with the Tiny Sentiments Hello die and stamp set. By offsetting a gold glitter cardstock behind you get a subtle shadow. I have found that this is an invaluable addition to my stash and love how there is great range of sentiments that combine beautifully with the die.

For my second card I had to use my watercolor brushmarkers, they are just so brightly pigmented. I also love the result when you use embossing powder to contain the watercolor.

This image was very easy to hand cut to place on my card front with some gold heat embossed die cuts.

I was surprised to read that the first card was colored in alcohol ink. It looks like it could be pencil or even pastels the color is so pigmented.
